At it Luggage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new travel gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Luggage

Carefully place the unused product back into its original box with all protective packaging and hangtags still attached.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

Drop Off & Refund

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
