How long does shipping take for my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Does my it Luggage come with a warranty?

Yes, all our suitcases come with a 10-year manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover damage caused by airlines or general wear and tear.

How do I set the combination lock on my suitcase?

To set your lock, turn the dials to the factory preset 0-0-0, press the reset button with a pen, set your new code, and then slide the latch to lock it in. Detailed instructions are included inside every bag.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Are your suitcases cabin-approved for all airlines?

While our 'Cabin' sized bags meet the requirements for most major airlines, we always recommend checking with your specific carrier as dimensions and weight limits can vary.
